"Engaging and Fun Kids Classes for Ages four -twelve"

The future of America depends on our children being strong, disciplined, and conscientious.
By fostering resilience, we can ensure they grow into responsible leaders who uphold our values.
Classes meet Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 4:00 pm until 5:00 pm.
This class is designed for children aged 5 to 12, focusing on developing both physical and mental skills.
Monday is dedicated to grappling, learning positions, escapes, and submissions, all on the ground.
In these sessions, they will practice essential techniques to escape various holds and maintain control.
Most encounters quickly end up on the ground.
This empowers them to stand confidently and assertively in challenging situations.
Your child will learn how to use his or her body weight, leverage, and positioning to protect themselves from bullies.
As the week progresses, they will build on these foundational skills, enhancing their reaction times and strategic thinking.
They will be able to maintain a strong, solid position of control using the techniques taught in this class.

Tuesday at 4:00 pm, your child will learn striking arts.
This includes footwork drills, defensive techniques, and basic striking methods.
Primarily, they will first learn how not to get hit.
This will give them the confidence to effectively defend themselves in different scenarios.
A solid understanding of blocking an opponent’s punches and kicks while delivering a quick response to the attack is crucial.

At the end of each session, students will have the opportunity to showcase their skills in a friendly competition.
Students will also participate in fun challenges that encourage them to apply what they’ve learned in real-world scenarios, helping to solidify their understanding.
Students will also participate in partner drills to practice these techniques in a controlled environment, fostering teamwork and trust.
This practical experience not only enhances their skillset but also boosts their confidence to handle real-life confrontations.
On Thursday at 4:00 pm, students will learn the art of takedowns and throws—the ability to redirect an attack by using the attacker’s weight and aggression against them.
These techniques will help them learn how to control their bodies and movements while countering the force of their opponent.
By practicing these techniques, they will gain the knowledge necessary to defend themselves effectively while minimizing the risk of injury.
Equipping students with these skills not only fosters resilience but also instills a deep sense of self-confidence.
This class is essential for self-defense, providing an effortless means of overcoming an onslaught with minimal effort.
Our approach emphasizes the importance of maintaining composure under pressure, which is a vital skill in any self-defense situation.

.
We also provide parents with resources to foster ongoing discussions about self-defense at home.
Finally, we encourage parents to engage with their children about what they learn, reinforcing the lessons of respect and discipline that come with these skills.
This creates a holistic learning environment that combines physical training with character development in every lesson.
During a daily water break halfway through the class lessons on leadership and ethics are discussed giving your child solid understanding of a positive direction in life..
These discussions play an essential role in creating well-rounded individuals who can make positive choices.
